Join us for a truly unique experience that includes picturesque canyons, access to the backcountry, and more. You’ll enjoy groomed trails interspersed with boundless meadows of Utah’s “Greatest Snow on Earth".


THE EXPERIENCE

  • The total tour duration is 2 hours.
  • Depending on weather and trail conditions, your GPS will take you to some of the most beautiful places on the Mountain. 
  • Please download "GAIA" hiking and GPS trail app ahead of time, and we will show you how to access the map once you check-in!
  • You can stop at various points on the tour for photo opportunities, wildlife, or things that are special to the mountain such as beautiful viewpoints as well as Cedar Breaks Monument!

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

  • Upon arriving at beautiful snowy Brianhead village, you will be excited to realize there are no parking fees. That's right, $0 to park at Brianhead village.
  • When deciding where to park, we like to make it easy, park right across from our office and walk 20 feet to our location. 
  • After parking, you can walk through the village and stop at any of the restaurants on-site. We offer options such as Pizzanos Pizzeria, Sook Jai Thai Cuisine and more!

  • When you are finished strolling the Village, head towards the general store, and you will find us on the left-hand side! 

CHECKING IN

  • Now that you are ready to start your adventure, we suggest completing the liability waiver before coming into the office. This will save you 10-15 minutes of wait time.
  • Click HERE for your digital waiver (Don't do this until the day of your reservation)
  • Don't forget to grab any extra's from our shop that you may have forgotten. This may include gloves, face masks, goggles, waterproof phone cases, helmets, apparel, hand warmers!

THE EXPERIENCE

  • Now you are almost ready to hit the trails! We will begin our short safety training, as well as detailed instruction with many tips to help you out during your tour. This includes starting the machine, riding positions, and where to and not to go on your tour to make sure you have the best experience!
  • Next, we will walk over to the machine and do a thorough instruction on how the machine works, and essential safety measures to be aware of. 
  • Once the walkthrough is completed, each driver will do a quick drive to be sure they are comfortable driving the machine.
  • After the test drive, we will be ready to hit the snow!

WHEN ON THE TRAILS (SAFETY)

  • While on the trails, you ALWAYS want to keep 200-300 feet between you and the machine in front of you. This will protect each person and machine from a collision. 
  • Make sure to always look both ways before you move side to side on the trail. If at any point you feel unsafe, please ride back to our office so we can make necessary adjustments. 
  • Never exit the groomed trail.
  • If you happen to get separated, please drive to any main road and monitor your cell phone service and call our office for guidance. 

WHEN ON THE TRAILS (FUN)

  • We want you to have fun. If that means driving fast on designated portions of the trail, we want you to do it, safely.
  • Along the tour, you may see all sorts of wildlife, such as deer, elk, sheep, cows, horses, foxes, and the occasional bear. It is very important that we respect the animals as if we are on their territory.

  • Brian Head is a rustic mountain village with diverse recreational opportunities where people and nature co-exist. Brian Head Town is the "Highest Resort Town" in America with a base elevation of 9,800ft and a peak elevation of 11,300ft. Brian Head is a short 3-hour drive from Las Vegas, NV and only 4 hours away from downtown Salt Lake City, UT. The mountain offers a variety of activities designed for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike.

*Cancellation and rescheduling policy: 

Anything inside 24 hours of reservation time there is a no refund, no change/reschedule policy. Anything outside of 48 hours can be refunded at a 40% surcharge.

Example: If you make a reservation for 1/3/2020,  and the amount of order is $100, and you want to cancel on 1/1/2020 you will receive $60 back. If you would like to reschedule before 12/31/2020, there is no charge. On 1/1/2020 the no change, no refund policy in place.  (Traffic, accidents, road closures, weather, snowstorm, sickness, booked the wrong location). If you can not find the location, this IS NOT an exception to be late. If you have a deposit on file with us and you are marked as a no-show, or you show up late, your card on file will still be charged in full.

Late Policy: If you are late for your appointment, we will remove the necessary amount of time from your appointment to match the time your appointment should have finished.

 Weather cancellation: NO REFUNDS are given due to poor/inclement weather such as snow, severe winds, snowstorms, road closures, no chains/4WD. You may reschedule or have a credit on file with us that you may use in the future that does not expire in the event of a weather cancellation. 

At check out, you will be asked to agree that you understand that policy. We will reschedule if there is a weather cancellation. The only circumstance where we will not reschedule you is if you are marked as a no-show to your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, you are marked as a no-show and rescheduling will not be an option for you.
